 Dr. Thorpe, founder and CTO, drives the development and commercialization of innovative technologies in plant transformation and genome editing.  He has significant expertise in additive manufacturing, nanoparticle synthesis, and biolistic delivery. 

 Dr. Lin, the CEO, is an Iowa State University graduate and a philanthropic supporter. He has successfully secured funding for numerous startups and incubated companies acquired by large companies and went through IPOs. 

Dr. Jiang, the founder and inventor, is a tenured Professor at Iowa State University. He worked in Dow Chemical as a project leader and conducted postdoctoral research in Langer lab at MIT on gene delivery. 

Dr. Jim Register, has over 30 years of experience in the agtech industry, primarily at DuPont Pioneer (now Corteva), where he led commercialization and scale-up of multiple traits and technologies.

Cliff brings extensive experience in sales and marketing across leading global companies. He has a proven track record of driving growth and building strong customer relationships.

Dr. Kan Wang, a distinguished professor at Iowa State University, is renowned for her contributions to plant biotechnology and genetic engineering, particularly in the area of crop enhancement. 

 Dr. Keunsub Lee is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Iowa State University. He  specializes in plant biotechnology, and focuses on advancements in genome engineering and transformation techniques .   

Dr. Alan Eggenberger brings over three decades of expertise as a plant biologist to his current endeavors. He now assists the commercialization of innovative technologies. 

Ashley Humphreys holds a Master of Science degree and has a background in research and laboratory work, particularly in the field of molecular biology.
